I appreciated the helpful staff. My room included a fridge. The restaurant WAS really good. I found the evening meal excellent and the breakfast great.
i found some corridor doors a little dirty, marked by many hands, indicating the need for more frequent cleaning.

small bedroom uncomfortable bed noise problem
the breakfast was good, a nice start to the day.
the bedroom was too small, i think. the bed felt old and not very comfortable. loud noises were a major problem as soundproofing is nonexistent, i couldn't sleep.

I found the room smaller than expected for the price paid. it felt cramped, especially with dark furniture that seemed too big for the limited space. the bathroom sink was tiny. the shower door didn't sit properly on its runner.

acceptable Stay with SOME issues
coffee stain water damage
The location was acceptable for my purposes.
The room's cleanliness left something to be desired. I found what was to be a coffee stain on the wall. there was visible water damage coming through one of the bedroom walls.

an ok stay
good location friendly staff staff helpfullness dirty doors unclean toilet
the hotel location was pretty good. it was easy enough for walking to places around. the staff where friendly enough, very helpful for finding my way.
some corridor doors need wipe. i seen lots of hands pushing them open and left marks. the restaurant toilets needed checking more regular to keep it clean, it dont look so nice.

sexy breakfast amazing coffee beautiful display dirty room headboard hole noisy floor
the breakfast was beautiful. the display was lovely and it tasted amazing. i thought it was a sexy breakfast. the coffee was the best i had in the uk.
the room felt dirty. there where cobwebs in the corner, crumbs on the floor, and mould had been painted over. the headboard has many holes. the floor was noisy.
